The ICJ Climate Opinion: Straightening Out International Climate Law and the Consequences of General International Law
This seminar will deal with the consequences of the ICJ Climate Opinion for international law and also for Norwegian policy. The Advisory Opinion was requested by a unanimous UN General Assembly and most states made written and many also oral submissions to the ICJ. Norway was one of the countries proposing the GA resolution.
